The famous motorcycle brand of Royal Enfield recently collaborated with the tourism department to organize a ‘Heritage Ride’. In this ride, the famous motorcycle model called ‘Classic 350’ was promoted. Many motorcyclists rode through many different destinations across the region of Hyderabad and Telangana.
One of the intentions of this motorcycling event was to promote eco-tourism and sustainability. Around 10 riders representing the state of Telangana rode through several cities. This event was a 3-day event which ended on 19th December. This event was also marked as a ‘Cleanliness Drive’.
Following are the destinations through which the riders rode from:
- Quillagadda Fort
- Elagandla Fort
- Pandavulla Gutta
- Ramappa Temple
Recently, the state governments have been involved in several eco-tourism projects. Also, many initiatives were taken to get recognition from UNESCO as well.
