The Tourism Board of Madhya Pradesh recently launched a tourism campaign under the name ‘Intezaar Aapka’ which loosely translates to ‘We are waiting for You’. This campaign is to promote its tourist destinations and attract domestic tourists.

Madhya Pradesh is the central part of India and is popular for its caves, historical monuments and its forests with rich diversity. The state government relaxed all the lockdown restrictions and has been officially opened for tourists.

The state government of Madhya Pradesh is aggressively promoting state tourism on all social media platforms. It has received a positive response in the number of people who are planning to visit the state.

Many weekend and week-long getaways are being promoted to attract people who have been away from this state since the last 100 days of lockdown. The promotional campaigns include tourist destinations such as Ujjain, Kanha, Bandhavgarh, Mandu, Amarkantak, and Pachmarhi. All the popular sites in these areas are being aggressively promoted.

The state tourism board has made extensive plans in making sure of the health and safety of all incoming visitors. The protocols have been put in place to encourage tourists to visit without worry.

Currently, only short term travel is being encouraged to make sure the spread of COVID-19 is contained and handled properly. The following YouTube video from the channel ‘MPTourism’ shows a glimpse of popular Madhya Pradesh destinations.
